We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and provide your order details. You can also contact our support team at support@azanifield.app and we will assist you with the process.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access to the Service until then. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Subscription Renewals

If you cancel within the 30-day refund window of a renewal charge, you are eligible for a refund of that renewal. Cancellations made after the 30-day window will not be refunded for the current period, but no future charges will occur.
